National Apprentice Week- If you’re serious about growing your business, then you can’t ignore the talent of tomorrow!

Thursday, March 9, 2017

With the current skills shortage impacting on all areas of manufacturing and engineering, the need for businesses to develop their own superstars of the future has never been stronger.

Whilst some businesses will begrudgingly oblige the apprenticeship levy, the smarter business is already engaged with a robust and supportive apprenticeship programme.

Recent successes supported by Consilium include the MTC programme in Coventry and at a more developed level, the Kautex Graduate programme. It cannot be disputed that a solid apprentice programme can harness new ideas and youthful energy alongside the capacity to grow and development committed youngsters within in all areas of the business.

Apprenticeship and Graduate programmes are a functional necessity, not a choice for successful businesses in 2017.
