Do you hire contractors into your business? If so, the law is changing in April 2020.

Join one of our free IR35 workshops for clear, professional guidance and support.

Significant changes take effect regarding private sector IR35 legislation from April 2020 which may have a serious impact on your business.

In very simple terms, the legal responsibility for determining whether a Contractor is deemed “inside” or “outside” IR35 will move from the Contractor to YOU directly.

To help you get to grips with the new rules, Consilium Recruit is working with Brookson Legal, the only law firm regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority that focuses on IR35 matters and experts in Contractor arrangements.

We strongly advise that you start preparations as soon as possible, and to help you along, are running a series of no-nonsense, practical IR35 Workshops designed to guide you through this whole process and ensure that you and your organisation is best protected from risk.

The interactive workshops are complimentary 2-hour events and will be held at our Stratford upon Avon offices with free parking and refreshments included.

Available dates are as follows:

  • Wednesday 4th March - 2 - 4pm

Attendance will be on a first come first served basis.

If you're interested in booking an IR35 workshop to get you up to speed with the reforms, or perhaps you'd just like to have a chat with a member of our team, just fill in the form below and we'll be in touch.
