Job Description

This internationally recognised global vehicle manufacturer, is now actively seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to provide high quality Technical Training to the UK dealer network and support the running of the technical training organisation in the UK. You will ideally have knowledge of the agricultural industry / heavy commercial vehicles and have a proven track record of delivering Technical training.

Commutable from: Chelmsford, Southend on Sea, Romford, Basildon, Harlow, Dagenham

Salary: £ 35,000 - £ 45,000 p.a. plus holiday bonus, company bonus, life assurance, pension

Suitable for: Technical Trainer, Agricultural Trainer, Training and Development Officer, Technical Coach

The Role

As Senior Technical Trainer you will be responsible for delivering technical training to the UK dealer network to an exceptional level. You will also help develop training techniques and coach other members of the team to excel and flourish. Working closely with Technical Support you will ensure that the training offered meets the needs of the network so they are able to maintain, service, repair and diagnose machines autonomously.

The Person

Preferably, the successful Senior Technical Trainer will have past exposure to Agricultural / large commercial vehicles, and be proven in the delivery of outstanding Training and Coaching. You will have the ability to absorb new information efficiently, and be comfortable in leading groups of people with excellent communication skills.
