Job Description

Market leading multinational first tier automotive components designer, developer and manufacturer are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to be responsible for the Assembly side of the business. You ideally will have automotive experience within welding and assembly processes and at least 5 years` experience.

Commutable from: Birmingham, Coventry, Redditch, Solihull, Tamworth, Sutton Coldfield

Salary: £ 40,000 - £ 50,000 p.a. plus benefits

The Role

The Process Engineer will be responsible for current and future product assembly processes in order to supply Manufacturing with the ability to assemble a quality product. Whilst liaising with internal Project Management, Applications and Design teams, you will manage the construction and implementation of assembly processes and support PFMEA and DFMEA.

The Person

You will be Degree qualified within Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to and have previous Automotive experience within a Process Engineering environment. Good knowledge of assembly and welding processes.
