Job Description

Market leading multinational first tier automotive components designer, developer and manufacturer are seeking an experienced Applications Engineering Manager for application analysis and how best to accommodate customer requirements.

Commutable from: Birmingham, Coventry, Redditch, Solihull, Tamworth, Sutton Coldfield

Salary: £ 40,000 - £ 50,000 p.a. Double day shift

Suitable for: Applications Engineer, Controls Engineer, Production Engineer, Design Engineer, Application Engineering Manager, Senior Design Engineer, Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager

The Role

The main purpose of the position will be to interface with OEM customers and be point of contact for specific product application analysis. You will utilise support processes and ensure robust engineering solutions to customer requests.

The Person

Ideally you will be Degree qualified in a Mechanical Engineering discipline with stress analysis exposure. With a minimum of 3 years Application Engineering experience, you will have excellent problem solving skills and knowledge of vehicle related component design and dynamics experience.
