Job Description

Working for a leading international logistics business with a genuine global footprint and Multi Billion Pound turnover, the Reward, Benefits and Recognition Advisor will provide advice on company benefits and be part of the employee engagement team. Someone with 2 to 3 years` experience within a HR department with good knowledge of dealing with company benefits packages.

Commutable from: Slough, Uxbridge, Heathrow, Oxford, Northampton, Surrey, Cambridge, Essex, Swindon.

Salary: £ 38,000 - £ 40,000 p.a. plus standard single private medical insurance, stakeholder pension scheme and extensive benefits

Suitable for: HR Advisor, HR Benefits, Human Resources Advisor, HR Business Partner

The Role

The main responsibilities for this role are: -

Rewards & Benefits packages for all employees
To Analyse/ analytical figures
Monitor group app for key trends
App management
Monitor performance
Dealing with the reward gateway
Future gateway
Performing presentations to the group
Working on future benefits

The Person

The ideal candidate will have over 2 years` experience within HR and have dealt with benefits and rewards as part of their role. Someone who is passionate about employee engagement and has dealt with data analysis and benefits suppliers would suit this position.
