Job Description

The Manufacturing Technology Centre is a UK success story - created to provide manufacturing systems solutions in an agile environment in partnership with industry, academia and other institutions. Working in partnership with Consilium Recruit they are seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant (Permanent and Temporary positions available). The purpose of the role is to assist in the day to day running of the Accounts Payable activities by the Purchase Ledger Supervisor.

The Role

As the Purchase Ledger Assistant you will be inputting PL invoices/journals to the AX system and generating control reports
You will be preparing and inputting employee expenses
You will be generating aged creditor reports and analysis
You will support to cash planning and forecasting processes
You will be responding to supplier queries and reconciling statements

The Person

The ideal candidate for the Purchase Ledger Assistant is a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and part of a team along with experience of working in an Accounts payable department
