Job Description

An international manufacturer of Safety Systems is looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to join their UK team. The role will see you sell their complete range of Safety Systems. The ideal candidate will have experience of selling Safety Systems.

Commutable from: Sheffield, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool

Salary: Up to £ 45,000 p.a. + Company Car + Bonus + Pension (10%) + 25 days Holiday

Suitable for: Account Manager, Business Development, Sales Engineer

The Role

Profitable and continuous sales growth.
Development of new business.
Hitting individual product targets in particular Safety Systems
Positive response and action towards any shortfalls.
Prospecting for new opportunities.
Suitable stock, payment plus communication arrangements.
Development of multi-person contact.
Achieve an appropriate number of effective, well planned visits.
Awareness of competitor activity.
Good knowledge of customers` development plans.

The Person

A proven track record in Technical sales will be essential within the Automation industry
Having a good knowledge of the Sales area is necessary
Good communication skills and an ambitious and
energetic outlook
Preferably with Qualifications in Electrical/Electronics
