Job Description

A precision component manufacturer is currently recruiting a Maintenance Electrician. You will be tasked with preventative and reactive maintenance ideally within a manufacturing environment and have a relevant qualification.

Salary: £ 28,000 - £ 32,000 p.a. + pension

The Role

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance for the production areas and additional support for the facility itself. You will be tasked with ongoing and reactive maintenance work across the plant, working in conjunction with other maintenance members to ensure constant running of all plant equipment and facility effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:
Maintenance and repair of the plant
Electrical Fault finding
Machine and plant installations, replacement and repairs
Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks
Working with external contractors, ensuring compliance to site standards and regulations.

The Person

The successful candidate will be an experienced and qualified Electrician with a good understanding gained within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
