Job Description

A world leading manufacturing company , with a commitment to world class manufacturing, require two Process Leaders to join the expanding team. The roles will be shift based and you will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality and delivery at all times. Someone with Supervisory experience, good IT skills and knowledge of LEAN practices would be well suited to this Process Leader role.

Commutable from: Warminster, Southampton, Salisbury, Andover, Bournmouth

Salary: £ 26,000 - £ 34,000 p.a. + Flexi benefits + Pension + Share save options

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business who have a continued and sustained period of growth as a Process Leader. The Process Leader role will require you carrying out risk assessments and safety inspections and recording the findings and data. You will work closely with Production Engineers and Maintenance Engineers to optimise manufacturing. These roles are based around a two shift rotation and will be eligible for up to 20% shift allowance.

The Person

The ideal applicant will come from a manufacturing or production/process background, and have experience in supervising staff within a production environment. Someone with knowledge of using LEAN techniques or process improvement as well as good IT skills would be well suited for this role.
