Car Sales Executive
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading automotive brand in their sales team as a Car Sales Executive. This role will be part of an ever-growing brand, with three models and a long list of new generation cars to be revealed; This role is to sell cars and accessories using the quarterly programme to enhance the brand and profitability.
Commutable from: Birmingham, Coventry, Redditch, Worcester, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster
Salary: £ 30,000 - £ 40,000 OTE p.a. (£12,000 p.a. basic plus commission)

The Car Sales Executive will sell the full range of vehicles and follow an effective sales process.

As Car Sales Executive you will put the customer experience at the heart of each enquiry and sale, delivering an exceptional brand experience every time.
Appraise all part exchange cars fairly and accurately every time.
Using HPI, ensure all part exchange vehicles are clear of finance and are not the subject of interest to third parties and obtain confirmed underwrites on all vehicles.
Manage the registration and taxing process of all new cars and the registration, taxing and change of ownership of all used sales. Full car preparation and customer handover.
With the Manager, the Car Sales Executive will work to promote the sales department within the quarterly programme.
Help manage the showroom using display and demonstrators to maximise the business.
Follow up all leads and maintain an activity report to deliver to the line Manager weekly.
Understand GDPR and work within its process and rules.
Manage with assistance all customer complaints and issues with the aid of MG motor CS coordinator.
Be willing to assist in promotional offsite events and gather quality leads for future follow-up/ prospecting.
The Car Sales Executive will have proven car sales experience within a dealership environment.
You must be able to demonstrate sales target achievements.
You will have a strong sales and customer service focus and have a clear understanding of the sales process and financial regulations involved in a car sales environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a driven attitude you will pro-actively follow-up on all potential sales opportunities and leads.
You will be FCA accredited to introduce finance programmes and offer these using best practices and Motability accredited to complete a sale transaction through the Motability scheme.
Flexibility towards out of hours working, 40 hour working week. Willing to travel as required.
