Job Description

This world leading organisation which has a genuine global footprint are looking to recruit a Plant Manager for its mineral production facility. Candidates will be considered who have a proven management experience within the mineral processing industry and a good knowledge of UK Safety and Environmental legislation.

Commutable from: Cornwall, St. Austell, Liskeard, Truro, Newquay

The Role

As the Plant Manager you will report in to the Senior Refining Manager and be responsible for on time production, efficiency, assets and labour optimisation. With a strong focus on Health, Safety and environmental impact you will comply to UK regulations and company standards.

The Candidate

Ideal candidates for the Plant Manager opportunity must have, or be willing to gain SHE NVQ level 4/Level 6 Diploma QCF qualification, have proven knowledge of mineral processing, management experience and budgetary responsibility.
