Job Description

A small, family run, British Engineering Company supplying sub-contract injection moulded manufacturing services to a diverse range of sectors are seeking a Moulding Technician to support a senior setter working on a Monday to Friday days shift pattern. The successful Moulding Technician will have experience in an injection moulding environment, setting jobs and running machines.

Commutable from: Bicester, Milton Keynes, Bletchley, Towcester, Aylesbury, Oxford, Banbury, Northampton, Dunstable

Salary: £ 26,000 p.a. - £ 28,000 p.a. + Pension

The Role

As a Moulding Technician you will;

Running machines under supervision of Senior Setter
Setting up new jobs including tooling, material and colour changes
Basic maintenance and troubleshooting
General shop floor duties
Preparing the finished product for dispatch

The Person

As a Moulding Technician you will have;

Sound knowledge of a Moulding department and its processes, comfortable operating injection moulding machines and carrying out tool changes, setting up new jobs and overseeing production runs.
