Working in partnership with Consilium Recruit they are seeking a Programme Support Officer. The purpose of the role is to support the programme and individual project teams in the day to day running of the programme.

As Programme Support Officer you will be responsible for:
Assisting in the day to day running of the programme and individual projects carrying out support activities as required including meeting minutes. Administration of NEC contracts ensuring accurate data entry and management of changes where necessary. Support for AX database and project server management when required. Ensure agreed programme/ project management methods, standards and processes are maintained throughout the programme and project lifecycles. Provide additional support to theme areas and other programme employees. Provide regular reporting and communication updates on the programme and individual projects. Work with colleagues in the programme/projects and PMO teams to provide high quality administrative support. Monitoring progress of the programme/projects and reporting on their status. Reviewing and reporting budget and finances. highlight and communicate project abnormalities to enable critical decision making.
The successful candidate for the Programme Support Officer will possess the following experience: Previous experience and working knowledge of project management tools, specifically MS Project and NEC contracts. Strong communication at all levels and administration skills. Experience in finance budgeting and reporting. Support team culture and maintain correct processes and standards within a PMO environment. Ideally qualified to Degree or HND level, not essential but desirable. Commitment to maintain confidentially at all times.
