The UK Battery Industrialisation Centre (UKBIC) are currently recruiting an HR Administrator to join the company. UKBIC are a leading Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing Technical Centre located in the West Midlands. They aim to develop the next generation of battery systems across electrode, cell, module and pack levels to allow companies to move to full scale, high volume battery manufacturing.


Commutable from: Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Oxford, Leicester, Birmingham

Salary: £ 20,000 – 26,000 p.a. + pension + holiday


The Role

The HR Administrator will be responsible for:
Administration relating to the Recruitment & Selection process –
Logging applications, acknowledgement and rejection letters, organising interviews
Prepare offer letters and statement of particulars for HR Officer
Assist in co-ordinating an induction programme for new starters
Carry out related administration
Maintain and update HR system


The Person

The HR Administrator will have:
Strong Administration skills
Ability to communicate clearly
Structured approach with strong planning and organisational skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to present yourself professionally
Positive and enthusiastic manner
Administrative experience is essential
