A fresh produce company are looking for a Personal Assistant to work four days a week, you will look to support the Managing Director and other heads of departments on a variety of tasks. You`ll have strong administration experience, excellent time management and organisation skills also be proficient on Microsoft Office applications.

Commutable from: Leamington Spa, Coventry, Warwick, Redditch, Alcester, Evesham, Stratford Upon Avon, Worcestershire, Warwickshire

Salary: Negotiable plus Holidays & pension

The Role

As the Personal Assistant you`ll offer support in administration duties, ticket bookings, meeting arrangement and note taking in meetings to support the MD and other heads of departments.
Manage bookings and diaries for the MD.
Conduct administration tasks to support other departments.
Ad-hoc support when required, ordering and managing of stock or materials.

The Person

The successful Personal Assistant will have a high level of computer literacy coupled with professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong time management and organisation skills.
Previous experience working in a similar role.
Excellent written and oral communication skills will be required - coupled with a proactive character and ability to work under own initiative.
