Working for a global manufacturer of high value and bespoke systems for the Aerospace, Automotive and Industrial markets, currently require a Service Coordinator to effectively support and coordinate the activities of the Service team. The position is to cover maternity so it is anticipated the role will be a minimum of 9 -12 months. The successful Service Coordinator will have prior administration experience from within manufacturing, and be proficient on Microsoft Office applications.
The successful Service Coordinator will have administration experience in manufacturing, sales / service or customer service environment, and be responsible for completing accurate and timely communications that relate to the assisting the service team and service department.
The successful Service Coordinator will have a high level of computer literacy coupled with professionalism and confidentiality. Excellent written and oral communication skills will be required - coupled with a proactive character and ability to work under own initiative. Any prior experience of SAP would be highly beneficial, but as a minimum, the role would require proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
