Working in partnership with Consilium Recruit they are seeking a Transformation Project Leader - Automation and Robotics.
The Business Transformation Team require a Project Leader specialising in the selection and implementation of Automation and Robotic solutions to increase the productivity of UK manufacturers through transformation and the adoption of Automation and Robotics.

The successful candidate for Transformation Project Leader Automation and Robotics will be working with manufacturing business clients to understand the current state of their business and manufacturing operations, develop future state improvements and create a strategy to achieve a competitive advantage through the adoption of Automation and Robotics. The Project Leader will guide businesses through the process of integrating robotics and automation solutions into their operations, facilitating working with industrial integrators, supporting technology themes in work packages. Additionally the successful candidate will carry out initial engagements and line walks to identify projects and develop business cases for the implementation of robotics and automation solution. The Project leader will analyse existing operations and portfolios and work with clients to develop and implement operational readiness prior to technology insertion. The Project Leader will facilitate a selection of automation solutions and follow though with supporting the implementation and development of the solutions including leading some projects and building relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
The ideal candidate for Transformation Project Leader Automation and Robotics will possess: - High level of industrial experience gained through experience of implementing automation solutions for competitive advantage. Experience in delivering measurable change in businesses through the application of automation solutions Up to date knowledge of the current UK automation and integration supplier landscape. The ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels in a business, including senior leadership, and the gravitas to speak with authority about high MRL automation solutions and other manufacturing technology options.
