A large and growing FMCG company based in Northamptonshire are looking to recruit a Senior Brand Manager to develop and deliver to global brand strategy across all markets to increase sales.

Senior Brand Manager responsibilities:
Responsible for the global brand strategy and brand campaigns Create and ensure global brand campaigns are delivered in own markets, working closely with the Marketing Manager and their team to ensure they are effective Understand the creative process and lead on the creation of briefs for the internal team and agencies where required Responsible for setting targets and KPI`s, media management, including brand tracking and digital marketing performance reporting Work with Marketing Analyst to ensure brand, customer and competitor data is analysed and fed into the relevant areas of the business to enable informed decision making Contribute to the Marketing & Communications 12-month plan in line with the business strategy Create and provide materials to the distributor network to ensure they understand the brand and have a framework and resources to support their own marketing activity In conjunction with Country Manager adapt the owned market blueprint for each market
As the Senior Brand Manager:
A suitable degree or qualification At least five years` experience of brand managing multichannel brand campaigns with a broad understanding of the media landscape Knowledge of the Direct Selling business model, preferably within a Direct Selling organisation Experience in global marketing, PR, social media and influencers Senior stakeholder management and communication skills Excellent presentation and reporting skills
