The Role
Duties and responsibilities of the Assembly Technician role include:
Carry out mechanical assembly operations
Machine operation
Operation of manufacturing/research processes
General maintenance and troubleshooting
Liaising with engineers to resolve any issues
Compliant to housekeeping rules.
The Person
The successful candidate for the role of Assembly Technician will have/be:
Experience in a Mechanical Assembly
Modelling or CAD experience
Hand tool or workshop experience is desirable
Sound engineering knowledge desirable
Forklift Truck license desirable
Good proactive, problem-solving attitude
Understanding of quality requirements
Be willing and prepared to apply for DV security clearance.
