Job Description

Specialist manufacturing organisation is seeking a Production Planner with strong MRP/ERP skill base to support current production activity and new project planning activity. The role offers exposure to a truly innovative working environment and the chance to directly influence manufacturing projects.

Salary: £ 30,000 - £ 39,000 p.a. + Pension

The Role

Supporting ongoing production requirements and the upkeep of the MRP system, the Logistics Analyst will ensure correct input and flow and data and requirements for the centralised production system. The Logistics Analyst will ensure the effectively available of resources and material in line with the system requirements and operate the MRP system efficiently to allow for the integration of new projects and new work streams.

The Person

The Logistics Analyst will possess proven MRP/ERP experience set, ideally on AX and be conversant with complex manufacturing and rapid prototyping processes. Preferably degree-qualified or equivalent, you will be conversant with supporting production operations and the relevant system/data management required within. The Logistics Analyst role is permanent and requires a level of flexibility during busy periods to occasionally work a double day shift pattern (0600 -1400 / 1400 – 2200 hrs).
