Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing automotive manufacturing company within their brand new production facility in Solihull. They`re currently looking to recruit an experience Finance Manager, you`ll have a strong transactional finance background with experience working within a manufacturing environment. You will have a previous experience of leading and developing a finance team.

Commutable from: Solihull, Redditch, Warwick, Birmingham, Coventry, Bromsgrove

Salary: £ 50,000 - £ 70,000 p.a.

The Role

The Finance Manager will:
Follow-up deviations from budget and initiate improvement actions.
Oversee and manage internal costing including standard costing.
Control and coordinate CAPEX.
Preparation and distribution of controlling reports according to group standards and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
Follow up on group KPIs such as labour efficiency, cost centre discharging, profitability reports.
Carry out monthly reporting to the ElringKlinger Group including deviation analysis.
Budget planning and forecasting.
Ensure accurate master data by analysing material consumption and pricing.
Inventory and capacity analysis.
SAP CO plant process owner.

The Candidate

The Finance Manager should be:
Degree qualified in the field of Finance/Accounting.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 2 years of Experience within a industrial/manufacturing environment.
At least 2 years of Experience within a fast-paced, international business environment.
