An Internal Quality Assurer is needed to join a new state of the art Engineering training centre. The Advanced Manufacturing Training Centre is collaborating with the Oxford Advanced Skills to train and develop Engineering apprentices in a brand-new purpose-built training academy in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

?The role of the Internal Quality Assurer will be focused on the quality assurance alignment of training delivery to the Oxford training centre and therefore travel is expected as part of this role.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate external quality assurance visits Maintain robust internal quality assurance procedures that will ensure full compliance with the requirements of external bodies such as Awarding Organisations, Ofsted and ESFA Provide support to Instructors to increase effectiveness of learner progression and ensure targets are met Advise and guide current key stakeholders of Awarding Organisation procedures and updates Monitor the Quality of Learner Progress Reviews and Individual Learning Plans Report and monitor safeguarding issues as the Designated Safeguarding Officer
The ideal candidate for the Internal Quality Assurer role will hold either D32, D33, D34 or TDLB Units or CAVA, IAQA Units with experience in delivering apprentice and adult training with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
