Job Description

Working for a rapidly increasing division of one of the world`s leading Automotive Tier One companies; they now currently seek a Production Planner to oversee customer schedules within the planning process. You will have ideally had past exposure to SAP and be accustomed to a high volume, fast paced manufacturing environment (ideally Automotive Tier One).

Commutable from: Swansea, Llanelli, Neath, Port Talbot, Carmarthen

Salary: £ 23,000 - £ 26,000 p.a. + up to 8% pension, Death in service, reduced Friday hours, 25 days holiday.

The Role

The Production Planner will be responsible for overseeing customer schedules into the planning processes, monitoring internal planning, and maintaining stock planning calculations in line with objectives, lean methodologies and fulfilling customer requirements.

The Person

The successful Production Planner with have a demonstrable track record from a high quality, high volume, lean environment (ideally Tier One). You will have worked and operated within a similar planning position with a logical, methodical and tenacious approach to your work. Past experience of SAP would be highly beneficial.
