This global leader in large commercial vehicles, with an established worldwide presence, now require an Area Sales Manager for new heavy commercial vehicles (HGV) in the Scotland and Ireland region. You will have wide knowledge of all aspects of Commercial vehicles, with a demonstrable track record of successful field based Sales Management.
Principally, the Area Sales Manager will be responsible for growing, developing and ultimately increasing sales of new HGV vehicles within the Scotland and Ireland region. The role will include managing, monitoring and exploiting all Heavy Sales through the dealer network, in order to facilitate the development and growth of profitable business using marketing and sales process methods.
The successful Area Sales Manager will need excellent communication and presentation skills, and possess knowledge of all aspects of Commercial vehicles (HGV), their uses , specifications and support services. The ability to manage and deliver company objectives will be paramount, along with competency within Microsoft Office. The role will require a methodical approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work on their own initiative.
