This global leader in commercial vehicles now require a Key Account Manager to manage their HGV Truck Business Line. Based within the South East region you will possess experience from within Truck or Commercial vehicles (HGV) with knowledge of managing direct and indirect sales channels of prestigious accounts.
Commutable from: South East, Surrey, London, Essex, Kent, Berkshire, Hertfordshire
Principally, you will be responsible for growing, developing and ultimately increasing sales of this manufactures key accounts within their heavy truck range. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for delivering company objectives for market share, invoiced units, product specification and Sales / Marketing in the South East. Through collaboration with the Product team you will ensure technical specifications of the vehicles are as competitive as possible and fully aligned to the missions specified by the customer base.
The successful Key Account Manager will have a demonstrable track record of selling heavy commercial trucks - managing key prestigious accounts directly on behalf of a manufacturer. You will have past exposure and knowledge within this sector in both Sales and Marketing through a leadership / management commercial role. Knowledge of managing direct and indirect sales channels with a strong interest in the future of the sector and how it will adapt to legislative needs will be crucial within the role. The role will primarily be based within the South East territory - so candidates will need to be based on patch in order to fulfil the job requirements.
