Digital Sales Manager needed to join The Advanced Manufacturing Training Centre, The AMTC is focused on developing, maintaining and building upon the vital skills required by manufacturing graduates, technicians, engineers and managers to deliver the technologies that keep the Great British manufacturing industry globally competitive. Working in partnership with Consilium Recruit they are seeking a Digital Product Sales Manager. The purpose of the role is to drive the sales of online/digital course portfolio being offered by the AMTC.

The Digital Sales Manager is to create a step change in sales performance and establish an effective process to take online/digital sales to the next level.
Key responsibilities and deliverables include: Driving increased sales of both number of learners and also revenue. Formulating and executing best in class digital strategies. Providing market intelligence as a result of digital sales activity. Creating leads via online/digital channels and effectively converting them into sales. To deliver online/digital sales objectives including both learner numbers target and revenue targets.
The ideal candidate for Digital Sales Manager will be experienced in the sales of online/digital E-Learning content as well as: Ability to effectively formulate and execute online/digital sales strategy. Proven track record in delivering and executing sales strategies for online/digital. Ability to work hand in hand with Marketing to deliver sales objectives. Excellent communication skills. A strong understanding of sales processes and sales management. Highly motivated and resilient.
