A market leader and manufacturer within Truck Mounted Waste Management equipment now require a Key Account Manager to grow, develop and ultimately increase business across Local Authorities and Waste Service departments within the South East territory. Possessing a demonstrable track record of effective Key Account Management, you will have knowledge from within heavy vehicle / commercial plant equipment, selling to both the private and public sector.
Commutable from: South East, Surrey, London, Essex, Kent, Berkshire, Hertfordshire
Principally, you will be responsible for growing, developing and ultimately increasing business and close working relationships with Local Authorities, Fleet Managers and Waste Service departments within the given territory of the South East.
The successful Key Account Manager will have a demonstrable track record of selling heavy commercial / plant / waste equipment to both the private and public sector. Candidates that have had prior experience / exposure in dealing with local authorities (and used to the associated tendering process) will be welcomed and favourable, and equally candidates that are used to a longer cycle time that comes with a high ticket / value product will be preferred. The role will primarily be based within the South East territory - so candidates will need to be based on patch in order to fulfil the job requirements.
