A UK based supplier of collaborative robots and industrial automation systems currently require a Junior Mechatronics Engineer to design, install, commission and maintain control panels and installation frameworks and enclosures. The successful Junior Mechatronics Engineer will be degree qualified in mechatronics, electronic, mechanical or design engineering.

Salary: £ 30,000 - £ 40,000 p.a. + Benefits (Private Healthcare + Expenses)


The Role

The successful Junior Mechatronics Engineer will undertake all aspects of design, install and maintenance of robotic systems for multiple sites. They will be expected to liaise between the sales team, the technical team and the customer to manage the project pre and post order. They will also be able to attend site meetings, provide on site technical support and give product training to the customer.


The Person

The successful Junior Mechatronics Engineer will be degree qualified and have experience in control panel design, mechanical design and electronic design. They will have at least 2 years industry experience in a similar role. Any experience programming PLC or Robotic systems is desirable but not essential. The ability to work on your own or as part of a team would be essential for this role.
