Working in partnership with Consilium Recruit they are seeking a Strategic Digital Marketing Manager. The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the translation, planning and execution of the current digital marketing efforts into a cohesive strategy to promote for The MTC group digital presence.

The Strategic Digital Marketing Manager will be accountable for the MTC Group website and wider digital strategy including social media and digital experience aligned with the business objectives.
Key deliverables: Design and implementation of company digital strategies within budget requirements. Development of specific digital objectives and progress monitoring. Operation and management of digital tools and their applications e.g. website, blogs, vlogs, social media platforms. Management of social media policy. Analysis and reporting of digital marketing metrics and delivering back to director level. Training and development of suitable team members on digital marketing technologies. Provide line management support to MTC team of marketing coordinators through delivery, personal development and inspiration.
The ideal candidate for the Strategic Digital Marketing Manager position will be able to collaborate with different teams to ensure brand consistency. And should have experience of demonstrated excellent digital skills combined with the latest marketing techniques. Additionally they will have experience and knowledge including: Minimum of 4 years experience within a similar Digital Marketing Management position. Educated to a minimum of degree level within a Marketing or Communications bias degree. Experience with the generation and delivery of large digital marketing strategies. Proven experience with online marketing tools and web based technologies. Hands on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software. Competent with digital marketing activity analysis within Google Analytics and report delivery to director level.
