A leading FMCG manufacturer are seeking a Quality Improvement Analyst to be responsible for development and improvement of quality procedures in line with BRC standards. You will have strong quality experience within a FMCG manufacturing environment with knowledge of continuous improvement and BRC standards.
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 plus 22 days holiday & Bank Holidays, pension, Attendance Bonus and Life Assurance
Reporting into the Quality Manager you will be responsible for looking at the development and continuous improvement of applications and quality procedures on site, making sure they comply with BRC standards and Global business standards. As the Quality Improvement Analyst you will investigate non-conformances and support areas where required. Review non-conformances in all areas of the business to identify trends and create a proactive approach to prevent reoccurrence. Maintain regular communication with the Quality & CI Manager and inform any areas for improvement and reviews of quality based KPI`s. Log, co-ordinate the investigation and generate the response of customer complaints within a timely manner. Generate and distribute weekly and monthly KPI reports. Raise awareness and provide training across the business as required in relation to new processes, GMP, product safety and quality management. Assist the QA Manager during customer/accreditation audits.
The ideal Quality Improvement Analyst will have FMCG/ Food manufacturing experience with a strong knowledge of continuous improvement, quality standards and BRC standards. Qualified to Yellow belt six sigma. Experienced with managing and using internal systems such as JDE, SPC and Microsoft Office. Excellent communications skills.
