A food manufacturing business based in Banbury have a requirement for a Material Replenishment Administrator to the Operations and Supply Chain department on a part-time basis. This role reports to the Operations Manager and would be a 20 hour per-week position.
Salary: £ 23,000 - £ 26,000 per year equivalent (20 hours per week equivalent of this as a full salary) & company benefits such as 25 days holiday (pro-rata), retail discounts, death in service, childcare vouchers and many more.

The role of Material Replenishment Administrator:
Raise and place purchase orders for all raw materials and traded goods, utilising the companies MRP (material requirements planning) system Ensure the MRP system reflects current trading conditions such as lead-time, batch quantities and inventory lead time Develop and maintain MRP reports allowing stakeholders accurate stock forecasts and vision of obsolete or slow-moving stock Engage with key suppliers and share forecasted demand data via MRP system and respond to production schedule changes Maintain accurate inbound delivery dates on Syspro and liaise with goods-in warehouse Prepare monthly sales and operations reports to include obsolete stock also
The ideal Material Replenishment Administrator:
Numerate, analytical and commercially aware Experience of MRP or similar systems Knowledge of processing imported goods Knowledge in the stock management and purchase of food componentry A competent user of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables etc)
