Specialist affiliate marketing business with a growing portfolio of clients and ethically responsible business model, is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to support and lead the strategy including delivery of services, leadership of the team and effective relationship management.
Leading the Affiliate Marketing function for a thriving business you will support successful affiliate retail partnerships and develop new channels and relationship within the affiliate space. The role is focused on building excellent client relationships with nationally recognisable brands and business who successfully utilise affiliate marketing tools.
You will deliver set revenue targets through proactive management of placements, deals and offers across 4,200+ retailers and key affiliate accounts. The Affiliate Marketing Manager in collaboration with the marketing team you will design and deliver marketing campaigns to support delivery of retailer objectives and ultimately deliver against revenue targets.
You will review performance of the partnerships with the retailers and networks via online reporting systems. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will proactively work to recruit and on-board new retailers to launch their programmes and take appropriate measures when accounts end or change networks
The successful candidate for the role of Affiliate Marketing Manager will possess: 3+ years experience of working within affiliate marketing with networks including AWIN, CJ, Rakuten, Webgains, Trade Doubler as examples. You will have proven experience to develop retail partnerships under own initiative and demonstrate strategic thinking with proven success in driving partnership revenues.
You will possess strong ability and motivation to work to exceed revenue targets and be a creative thinker with ability to build a compelling proposition to influence internally and externally. Line Management experience of at least a small team is highly advantageous for the role.
