A large and growing FMCG company based in Northamptonshire are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to create and deliver marketing plans and product launches and manage the marketing team.

Marketing Manager responsibilities:
Own the marketing calendar for owned market, responsibilities for planning and execution Mange creation and publication of all advertising and marketing materials in line with marketing plans Adapt global brand campaigns and deliver in owned markets at local level, working closely with Country Manager Plan and launch in-market local campaigns which will be both digital and social, including TV, radio or print Set targets and KPI`s, media measurement and marketing performance reporting Understand the creative process and lead on the creation of briefs for the internal design team Develop a high-performance team, working closely and collaboratively with other areas of the department Prepare budgets and manage relevant expenditure, tracking activity and reporting regularly Ensure all activity relating to food safety management system are adequately trained and competent
As the Marketing Manager:
A suitable degree or qualification At least three years` experience in marketing, ideally with experience of launching products Experience working with overseas markets, particularly Europe Evidence of management experience Knowledge of the Direct Selling business model, preferably within a Direct Selling organisation Excellent copywriting, proof reading and editing skills, with close attention to detail Experience of leading and coaching a high-performing team An interest in global culture, and available for occasional oversees travel
