A large and growing FMCG company based in Northamptonshire are looking to recruit a Communications Manager to develop effective multi-channel internal stakeholder communications and external global communications to engage with audiences and increase sales.

Communications Manager responsibilities:
Direct management responsibility for two communications coordinators Devise, own and measure global consultant communications plans and strategy to ensure all communication is effective Work with sales, training and country managers to understand their requirements and seek relevant approvals In conjunction with the Country Manager adapt owned market blueprint for each market and gain sign off from the Head of Marketing & Communications Under the direct selling business model and how to apply the principles to companywide communications Create and deliver accurate and timely distributor communications globally Contribute to the Marketing & Communications 12-month plan in line with the business strategy Measure the effectiveness of communications and make required adjustments to improve effectiveness Provide the team with direction, support and motivation to meet their own objectives
As the Communications Manager:
A suitable degree or qualification At least three years` experience in communications Knowledge of the Direct Selling business model, and experience working in a Direct Selling organisation Evidence of management experience Excellent copywriting, proof reading and editing skills, with close attention to detail Experience of leading and coaching a high-performing team Experience of internal communications and brand
