A worldwide specialist in the automotive parts industry is currently seeking to expand their Human Resources department with a new HR Officer position. Candidates are sought with relevant experience in the area of HR (ideally manufacturing) and a HR focused apprenticeship or degree.
As the HR Officer, you will be point of contact for all employees to support them with all HR relevant queries and you will be responsible for the enrolment process for new employees. Moreover, as the HR Officer, you will conduct and complete the internal HR procedures for payroll to be ready on time and be responsible for handling HR activities such as performance management, grievance and disciplinary processes, recruitment projects, employee engagement exercises and generalist HR advice for the factory. This is a fixed term contract role for 9 months confirmed duration.
The ideal candidate for the position of HR Officer, will be university degree qualified in Human Resources Management or similar subject (or you will have a commercial or HR focused apprenticeship/similar experience) and possess a CIPD qualification. Relevant experience in the area of Human Resources in the manufacturing industry is preferred alongside strong data management skills and excellent Excel skill base. You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work onsite Monday to Friday on a day`s basis, 0800-1700 with 1300 hours finish time on Fridays. You will be able to accommodate working on a 9 months fixed term contract basis.
