Using insight into emerging technologies and foresight into industrial development they identify, create and deliver training solutions that disrupt the underserved skills sectors. Through these future focused programmes, they look to fill existing and forthcoming skills gaps, helping to drive forward the success of UK manufacturing. Working in partnership with Consilium Recruit they are seeking a Quality, Compliance and Systems Manager. The purpose of this role is to have oversight and responsibility for Quality, Audit and Compliance activity within the Delivery Team.

The Role


The Quality, Compliance and Systems Manager will develop and manage robust quality practices, drive regulatory and legislative requirements and ensure risk is managed across all centres.


The role encompasses:


  • Overseeing and taking responsibility for the overall performance of delivery with specific focus on Quality, Funding, Compliance and Customer experience.

  • To Manage and be accountable for external audit, preparation for Ofsted, and other quality monitoring activities and leading the organisation through ESFA financial audits, ensuring the AMTC meet the requirements.

  • Develop and manage systems and processes that support outstanding Ofsted outcomes.

  • Drive operational performance to ensure learner success.

  • Manage quality standards and audits across the AMTC.

  • Lead and monitor production of the self-assessment report and quality improvement plan.

  • Ensure AMTC meet legislative requirements as a training facility in relation to safeguarding etc.

  • Set and develop the standards, policies and best practices that support high level achievement rates of learners.

  • Lead the teaching, learning and assessment systems across all sites to drive outstanding performance business wide.

  • Produce and monitor KPI‘s for the AMTC in relation to quality, compliance and best practices.


The Person


The successful candidate for the Quality, Compliance and Systems Manager role will possess the following attributes:


  • Holds an IQA qualification or equivalent in addition to a recognised management qualification such as ILM or CMI.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering improvements.

  • Previously managed Ofsted inspections for an education provider.

  • Educational governance experience and ability to monitor performance against frameworks.

  • Operated within the Further/Higher Education sector.

  • Ofsted - has led a successful inspection

  • Systems - detailed knowledge and understanding of the current funding rules and guidance.

  • Self starter, able to work on own initiative with the determination to succeed and passion about the subject area.

  • Able to travel throughout the UK as and when required as part of the role.
