Working in partnership with Consilium Recruit they are seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to manage the operation and support of MTC IT services, including Service Desk, third party services and IT processes and tools.

The IT Service Delivery Manager will report to the CIO. The role will work alongside colleagues responsible to implement best practice IT service management in a growing organisation including the introduction and support for IT services, service quality management and Disaster Recovery.
You will be responsible for Level 1 support service desk, end user experience including devices; IT tools and services; and support. You will support a user base of 850 and growing.

Duties and responsibilities include:
Manage the IT Service Desk
Manage which services are provided, how they are provided, to whom, and to what standard.
Manage service introduction, change and termination.
Manage service deployment including to new locations and businesses within MTC.
Manage performance / service levels.
Manage internal resources and third-party service provision.
Maintain policies and procedures for use of MTC IT services.
Manage assets including hardware, licenses and subscriptions.
Manage services provided by third parties, including performance and value.
The successful candidate for the role of IT Service Delivery Manager would suit an IT service management team lead with at least 5-10years‘experience, who is looking for their next step up to leading a service delivery team in a fast-paced supportive environment.
You will have experience of working in a challenging environment and will be capable of effective management and leadership of a high performing team. The environment is fast changing and you will be motivated and enthusiastic for working in a constantly changing environment.
You will possess knowledge within:
IT Service Management processes (ITIL framework).
Use of IT service management tools.
Good knowledge of the Office365 collaboration and communication suite.
Good knowledge of PC configuration and support
Exposure to disaster recovery planning and testing
Knowledge of software distribution and management
General knowledge of IT technologies: Cloud services, servers, clients, networks.
