Leading research, development, certification, advisory and training organisation focused on best practice for the Construction and Built Environment arena is seeking a Certification and Testing Manager for building-related physical security. The role offers excellent progression and development.

The Certification and Testing Manager - Physical Security will support the testing and products and the issuing of product certifications to ensure the products are certified to provide the appropriate protecting from crime and terrorism. This is to the support a brand of products they are developing specifically for loss protection including related industry standards.
The Certification and Testing Manager will deliver product security testing, support specialised research projects, prepare proposals, test schedules and compile technical reports. You will assess new product feasibility, conduct peer reviews of proposals and represent the organisation at events and on committees/working group.
The Certification and Testing Manager - Physical Security will possess a degree or equivalent qualification in a STEM or Construction related subject and be well versed in testing, certification, accreditation and project leadership within the construction sector or related services. You will be conversant with Quality Management Systems particularly within ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO17025 or ISO17065.
You will possess excellent analytical skills, be data-savvy and able to communicate well in both written and spoken forms. Any previous exposure to factors that influence the use of security equipment or require loss-protection/anti-terrorism features is highly advantageous for the role.
