A global manufacturer to the automotive, aerospace, defence and high-technology sectors has a new vacancy for Senior Manufacturing Engineer. With a focus on process improvement, you will be responsible for the development, modification and implementation of manufacturing plans on a number of new programmes and candidates are sought with experience working in complex manufacturing.

Working for a globally leading manufacturer of complex components, you will lead, develop and implement quality manufacturing improvement programmes and you will be responsible for delivering a customer focused, operational improvement culture throughout the business.
Develop, amend and improve manufacturing methods and instructions
Review and incorporation of design changes and maintenance updates
Develop and implement the daily use of the ERP System for planning and creation of Bill of Materials
Work with Design teams to modify rework schemes.
Generate Production Planning for plating processes
Support NPI and identify of new tooling requirements
Support Manufacturing Engineer teams on shop floor
Provide design for manufacturing input at early stages in the new product development process
An experienced Manufacturing Engineer, candidates are sought with experience working in a complex manufacturing ideally in the aerospace, automotive or high technology sectors. With a right first-time ethos you will have a strong focus on continuous improvement and developing new process methods.
With strong communication skills you will be able to work effectively with people at all levels in the business and have strong analytical skills.
