A leading UK and Ireland Roof light manufacturer who are industry specialists in the provision of Rooflights for commercial and industrial building projects have a new requirement for a Customer Service Manager to join its expanding business.
Commutable from: Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Birmingham

As the Customer Service Manager the primary purpose of this role is to lead, motivate and develop the Customer Service department to ensure they are giving the best customer experience possible. You will create a helpful, knowledgeable and friendly team that will insist on delivering excellent customer experiences.
You will lead and participate in the development of great systems that will provide the structure and processes required to aid your team in their objectives.
Your team will help reinforce a culture of first class customer focus across the entire Business, leading to the supply of quality product and a reliable delivery service. Maintaining a professional environment whilst encouraging and building great customer relationships. You and your team will deliver the best customer service in the industry
As the Customer Service Manager you will need to be engaging, enthusiastic and energetic.
You will need:
Experience of Managing and developing a team
Knowledge of order processing
Project Management experience
Ability to coach and develop people
Able to plan work to balance conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
Proven communication and diplomacy skills
Able to drive KPI improvement, ideally with the use of Lean methodology
Excellent and demonstrable Customer service experience
Experience within manufacturing / distribution / logistics environment
