A leading manufacturing group has a new vacancy for an Customer Service Coordinator to join the team. The role will involve managing customer orderbooks and ensure all invoice queries are dealt with. You will have worked in customer service role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have high attention to detail.



Commutable from: Runcorn, Chester, Liverpool, Manchester, Middlewich, Northwich, St Helens, Warrington, Salford, Stockport.


Salary: £ 20,000 - £ 22,000 p.a. + benefits



The Role


Key Responsibilities:


Manage allocated customer and their order books

Check all orders raised on system on a daily basis

Ensure all invoice queries are resolved in a timely manner

Liaise with internal departments to achieve OTIF target

Visit Dealers when necessary

Support ASAT and other audits

Manage filing, POD‘s Customer orders and RMA‘s

Manage Customer complaints in a timely manner



The Candidate


Strong customer service skills ideally within a manufacturing environment

Calm and articulate approach to problem solving, even when under pressure

Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook, experience of ERP systems

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Highly organised and able to manage own workload
