The Manufacturing Technology Centre is a UK success story - created to provide manufacturing systems solutions in an agile environment in partnership with industry, academia and other institutions. Working in partnership with Consilium Recruit they are seeking an Apprentice Recruitment Lead on a 9 month FTC. The role involves supporting the AMTC Apprenticeship team in all aspects of apprenticeship recruitment, stem engagement with Schools and Education partners, whilst also supporting a fair and professional recruitment service. In addition, the role will support Marketing and Business Development activities to grow the apprentice programme

Duties and responsibilities for the role of Recruitment Lead include:
Lead on all arrangements of all interview and assessments throughout the calendar year
Lead on open evening and attraction events at the AMTC.
Manage all recruitment platforms, such as National Apprenticeship Vacancy Matching Service
Support Employer Partners with the recruitment of external apprentices
Support the Regional Manager (North) with sales appointment generation and awards nominations/events
Support AMTC marketing activities
Support the wider AMTC training team with administrative duties, which could include production of presentations, letters, updating spreadsheets, completing apprentice framework document checks
Lead on the promotion of the apprenticeship programme within the local schools network, by attending careers events and helping the promotion of school visits, AMTC Tours and exhibition stands offsite.
The position of Recruitment Lead would suit someone who is able to work independently and under own initiative. You will be passionate about apprenticeships and engineering. You will be confident presenting and possess excellent communication skills. The suitable candidate will be fully competent in MS Office.
