It is owned by BRE - a profit-for-purpose organisation with over one hundred years of building science and research background, they are seeking a Product Manager.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to play a leading role in the product development and market strategy for the BREEAM suite of products. You will be responsible for ensuring the product supports the company`s overall strategy and goals and aligning the roadmap and planning to that strategy on an ongoing basis.
The successful candidate will ensure that the products being provided to customers are fit for purpose, profitable, support the organisation strategy and do not create exposure to unnecessary risk.
The role is responsible for identifying and coordinating BREs response to market opportunities and building a closer integration into the wider BRE strategy and product portfolio. The Product Manager will be the evangelist for the products and build excitement around them by clearly communicating benefits and the product vision, supporting sales, marketing, and internal teams, and understanding why the product is important to BRE`s success.
The role is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including researching and evaluating the market opportunities and threats, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and defining the product vision and strategy.
You will formulate and gain approval for the product roadmap, building business cases to support investment in new or existing products and work closely with development, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
The key measurables for the role including sustainable growth in revenue from the sale of the products managed and continuous improvement in profitability for the products managed
The Product Manager will support client engagement and feedback about the product through regular customer events and direct interaction with key influencers. There will be regular communication with internal teams responsible for outbound communication so that they understand and can explain the current development roadmap and release schedule (Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Sales).
You will be an experience Product Manager with a solid understanding of the process to monitor and report on commercial product performance, including net profitability.
The Product Manager will possess experience of managing the whole product life cycle from concept to end of life and have extensive experience collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver aligned solutions.
Effective communication and negotiation skills with internal stakeholders to manage customer expectations and while dealing with customer escalations are essential for the role in addition to a passion to deliver excellence customer service and guidance on the product range. The role is permanent and offers excellent progression within the organisation.
You will ideally possess a higher level qualification in a relevant discipline.
