The Role
As a Graduate Engineer you will assist and be part of a team delivering cutting edge technology in the most effective way. You‘ll be able to get involved at all levels of the business playing a key part in the company‘s development.
Industrial experience within either the battery design, development or manufacturing or a near neighbour technology will prove advantageous.
You will use your academic experience of developing manufacturing processes, systems, materials and / or materials to assist the company with its technology plans.
Experience of having produced and reviewed technical reports
The role Willingness to undertake appropriate further training and to adopt new procedures as and when required
Pragmatic hands-on approach to manufacturing problem solving.
Knowledge of the use of process equipment and instrumentation.
Excellent data analysis skills including the use of appropriate data handling software.
Demonstrable commitment to continuing professional development.
The Person
An excellent educational profile up to and including first degree and /or master‘s in mechanical, Software, Physics, Chemistry, Battery / Energy or Materials based degrees.
Industrial or academic experience (year in industry / sandwich / placement) in a manufacturing or technical environment ideally related to batteries or a similar field.
Be able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently Maintain a tidy and clean work environment.
Be able to follow processes and instructions.
