Consilium are proudly supporting INNEO with an exciting recruitment project for their UK technical team. A new opportunity has been created for PLM Technical Architect on a permanent basis based at their prestigious new offices in Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire. You will consult daily with customers as part of the role including travel to some customer sites when needed.

The Role

The PLM Architect will support customers on digital transformation programmes, including CAD and PLM topics and additional exposure to Augmented reality, Virtual Reality, Smart Connected Operations and IoT applications. These applications will be supported on the Platform Solution Cloud Infrastructure (AWS).
The PLM Architect will design and deploy infrastructure to support on-premises and Cloud based applications. You will develop and support the Inneo Platform solutions capability covering Cloud provision, system monitoring, Managed services, and bespoke platform components. Additionally, you will provide technical support for Windchill customers and support PLM delivery projects.
The Person
The successful candidate for the PLM Architect role will be an experienced IT professional who is preferably degree (or equivalent) qualified in an IT or Engineering discipline. Previous experience within PDM and PLM system administration including infrastructure design, database administration and technical support.
Experience within Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia or similar PLM system is highly advantageous for the role.
You will have experience within delivering and providing system administration support for IT consultancy including exposure to Java, JavaScript, .NET, major database platforms (SQL Server/Oracle), client server infrastructure, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), networks, security, and visualisation tools.
You will be conversant in collaborating directly with customers including key stakeholders to create technical solutions and related Cloud services. The PLM Architect will be able to use project management tools including traditional Waterfall and Agile processes.
