A sector leading manufacturer of advanced technology products has a new vacancy for a Senior HR Advisor to join the team. Joining the company at a time of investment and expansion, the successful candidate will have proven HR generalist experience gained within a fast-paced environment and be CIPD qualified.
Commutable from: Coventry, Rugby, Nuneaton, Leamington Spa, Solihull, Leicester, Hinckley.
Salary: £ 40,000 - £ 50,000 p.a. + benefits.
Suitable for: HR Advisor, Human Resources Advisor, HR Officer, Human Resources Officer, Human Resources Business Partner, HR Business Partner, HR Manager, Human Resources Manager.
Provide advice to employees on HR Policies and procedures
Support Management with generalist HR support, coaching and guidance in all areas of employee lifecycle
Participate in recruitment, selection, and induction processes
HR Case management including performance, absence, grievance and disciplinaries
Ensure all HR Systems are updated and maintained
Work with Occupational Health and oversee management referrals and support with administration
Monitor HR Metrics including absence, turnover, engagement and training
Support pension administration
Coordinate with payroll on bonus processes and any employee information
Main point of contact for HR related matters with Line Managers
Support change management processes
Support HR Manager with succession planning and talent development
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Strong generalist experience
CIPD qualified (preferably)
Ability to work independently and lead on key activities
Strong IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
You will need to have a proactive and positive approach to the job, being results focussed with the ability to influence and build relationships.
